Gurjinder Dosanjh

Gurjinder works with clients from formation through internal operation and buyouts. He provides guidance on matters such as corporate governance and buy-sell arrangements among business owners, counsels businesses on employment law compliance issues, and performs general counsel duties.
Before moving to San Diego for law school, Gurjinder lived in Arizona, where his family still resides. He is a lifelong Phoenix Suns fan and enjoys spending his free time visiting new restaurants and spending time with family and friends. Gurjinder studied Economics at the University of Arizona and received his JD from California Western School of Law with a concentration in Business Law.
